i think what a lot of these projects dont understand is if you dont have the infrastructure nobody wants to drive plus 30 minutes to do basic errands. the problem is driving from algarve hills to faro is a very annoying drive often and basic things are not available around those towns thats why people left. no jobs, no infrastructure, wildfires etc
