Awakening Camp

Community guidelines

Awakening Camp works because people bring the same care online that they would bring to a circle. These are the agreements we hold together.

Speak with respect

Disagree with ideas, never attack people. No harassment, hate speech, or mocking of anyone's path, background, body, gender or beliefs.

Honour consent

Ask before you message someone with personal or romantic intentions, and take no for an answer. Unsolicited sexual messages or images lead to removal. Messaging opens once two people follow each other, which helps keep inboxes safe.

Be honest about practices

Share experiences, not medical promises. Do not tell anyone to stop medical treatment. Do not advertise illegal substances or unsafe practices. Facilitators should be clear about their training and how they hold safety.

Keep it real

Use your own identity, post your own photos, and only list events and places that exist. Promoting your offering is welcome in the right place — events, healer profiles and relevant groups — but repeated advertising in the feed is spam.

Protect privacy

Do not share other people's private messages, addresses or photos without permission. What is shared in a circle stays in the circle.

If something is wrong

Contact us through the support page. We review reports, remove content that breaks these guidelines and suspend accounts when needed. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
