Learning to be alone and 100% happy is essential to only allow the frequency in which matches you perfectly. Otherwise you chase frequency that is not meant for you. Understanding your own energy system is essential to be happy fully otherwise you are slave to your energy system. This we don't teach enough in society.

One the best pizzas is "il localetto" in conil. In 4 years traveling the best one is in orio near beach in Italian restaurant and the other is conil localetto :) the tiramisu in localetto is also amazing
