We’re really looking forward to sharing this Yin Yoga & Breathwork evening with you — a space to slow down, soften and reconnect with your breath and body.

Please bring:
– your yoga mat or blanket
– comfy clothes you can relax in
– optional: yoga blocks or props if you like to use them

Bring also your water bottle and, for a deeper experience, avoid eating for up to 2 hours before the event.
