We warmly invite you to our upcoming session that combines *Transformative Dance & Sound Healing - this Thursday from 6 - 8pm.*

Come as you are - we invite you to do less and be more.
Open yourself to receive yourself, life, your intentions & the waves rolling in right in front of us. These 2 hours are an opportunity to connect deeply with our bodies, awaken the cells & nourish ourselves on all levels, in a lovingly held space.

Slowly flowing from winter to spring, our first March gathering holds an opening circle, a beautiful sound bath, journalling & space for dance & free form movement.
Surrender to the inner & outer sounds and your individual rhythm and flow.
