The Ecstatic Dance Athens team invites you to our first retreat, taking place at the beautiful Mediterra Retreat, Kapandriti, Attica, with practices connected to the energy of Spring and the Wood element.
📅 Three-Day Program
Friday, April 24 – Welcoming & Opening
14:00–17:00 – Arrival, reception & site tour
1️⃣ Accommodation in rooms
2️⃣ Large indoor hall with fireplace – second option
3️⃣ Tent in the meadow – third option
19:00–21:00 – Opening of Somatic Seasons circle (2 hours, connection with Spring / Wood element) with Marianna & Eftychia
🎶 Live Healing Soundscapes by DJ Junior X
🍽️ Dinner
🛌 Time to rest & sleep
Saturday, April 25
08:30–10:00 – Qi Gong (Wood element – liver & gallbladder meridians)
10:30 – Brunch
11:30–15:30 – Free time / nature walk (Lake Marathon)
15:30–16:30 – Cacao Ceremony, Circle Opening & Ritual Passage
16:30–19:00 – Ecstatic Cacao Dance with DJ Junior X
19:30–20:30 – Circle Closing: Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with Eftychia
(if weather permits, at the pool with mats, blankets & eye masks – Floating Soundbath)
21:00 – Dinner & relaxation by the fire or fireplace
Sunday, April 26
08:30–10:00 – Morning Yoga Rise & Shine with Eftychia & Marianna (Gentle Partner Yoga)
10:30 – Breakfast
11:30 – Walk / free time (trails around the venue)
12:30–15:00 – Collective Art Expression – collaborative creative expression with painting & live soundscapes by DJ Junior X
16:00–18:00 – Departure
🎒 What to Bring
Cup for your cacao
Yoga mat + small blanket
Comfortable clothes for dancing & warm clothes
Optional: a small offering for the Altar
🏡 Booking & Accommodation
Early Bird prices available for a limited number of rooms.
Once the rooms are fully booked, the Community Option will open: sleepover in the large hall with fireplace – an overnight experience with healing sounds, care, and shared presence.

Accommodation & Fees:
Room: Regular 350€, Early Bird 330€
Sleepover in the hall with fireplace: Regular 290€, Early Bird 260€
Tent in the meadow: Regular 290€, Early Bird 260€
(All fees include accommodation, meals, and participation in all retreat activities)
Early Bird: until March 21 – discount for all accommodation options.
After the Early Bird period, place reservation with €120 deposit per participant, payable within two weeks from form submission.
📜 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations until March 21: full Early Bird amount refunded.
From March 22 onward: cancellations up to 2 weeks before the retreat – 50% of the deposit refunded.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the retreat – deposit is non-refundable.
(The cancellation policy applies to all accommodation options)
👶 Kids Friendly
The retreat is family-friendly. If a sufficient number of children attend, there will be creative activities with a professional supervisor, so parents can participate in the practices comfortably. Parents remain responsible for their children's overall presence on site.

Food is the cherry on top of our experience.
Throughout the retreat, there will be a light buffet with snacks, and we will enjoy healthy, vegetarian-friendly meals that nourish the body and taste delicious.
From breakfast to dinner, there will always be something good to eat, along with fresh juices.
Prepared with care and love by our wonderful chef, Theodosis Vasilis.
