Our Cacao Ceremony is an invitation to slow down, connect deeply with yourself and listen to the wisdom within.
With the grounding and cleansing energy of the Virgo Full Moon, we focus on self-connection, awareness and gently letting go.

Accompanied by live music and drums we move into an ecstatic dance - a free and conscious movement journey.

Bring if you like:
– your favourite cup
– notebook & pen
– yoga mat or cushion
(everything will also be provided)

Please bring your water bottle and, for a deeper experience, avoid eating for up to 2 hours before the event.
