We’re happy to share the details for our upcoming Breathwork & Transformative Dance — Breathe & Release 💫

This evening is an invitation to breathe, move and let go — using conscious breathwork and intuitive, free movement to release stored tension and reconnect with the body.

Energetically, we’re moving from the Wood Snake year — a time of inner processing, shedding and deep transformation — into the Fire Horse year, which brings momentum, courage, expression and forward movement.
This practice is a space to release what no longer serves and make room for what wants to move through you.

– comfy clothes you can move and dance in— mat or cushion or blanket to lay/sit down
